Established in 2003, JV Retail Services (JVRS) was dedicated to completing all the financial and business needs of independently owned supermarkets — and it was created by supermarket owners who understood the trade from the inside.
That hands-on origin proved critical to the growth and profitability of the businesses we onboarded, letting proprietors focus on operations and strategy while their numbers were managed properly behind the scenes.
In 2022, JVRS was redefined under Joint Business Solutions (JBS) — strengthening our value proposition and growing our footprint, and transitioning into assisting all business types, big and small. Today JBS supports everyone from retail and construction to sole traders and growing SMEs.
