What does your bookkeeping service cover?
Day-to-day financial admin: invoicing, bill and supplier processing, bank reconciliations, plus BAS, PAYG, superannuation, payroll and monthly reporting.
Do you only work with supermarkets?
No. Supermarkets and their suppliers are a core strength, but we support all business types — retail, construction, trades and self-employed professionals.
Where are you based?
We're locally owned and operated at 2/134 Thompson Avenue, Cowes, on Phillip Island, and support clients across Victoria, including remotely via cloud accounting.
Can you take on books that are behind?
Yes. Catch-up and clean-up work is one of the most common reasons owners come to us. We'll get you up to date and keep you there.
How much does a bookkeeper cost?
Our bookkeeping starts from $80 per hour, and BAS preparation and lodgement is $120 per BAS. Larger or ongoing engagements can be packaged into a tailored fixed monthly fee so you know your costs up front.
